Japan is experiencing the same shit gg did in that because they don't bend the knee immediately to the freaks, they are constantly attacked, defamed and harassed.
Combine that with a more successful media industry (because they understand people love interesting characters, sexy women and that 98% of the time it's a man + woman relationship) and you have bitter, petty motherfuckers that are more racist to the Japanese than the Americans directly after WW2
It never ceases to amaze me how the lgbt activists don’t understand that the vast majority of people are straight and when a romantic element is involved they want to see male + female. So they should just make their own content specifically to cater to the lgbt audience instead of forcing 98% of the population to watch stuff that doesn’t appeal to them
They do make their own content. It's pretty horrible, but they do make it.
Problem is, that they make books, and want to show it to 6 year olds in schools
They can’t make their own content for two reasons.
Every time they do, it’s a terrible product. Creatives who can make quality media usually come packaged with “problematic” traits, so the only ones left are garbage. There are some exceptions.
It’s marketed to such a small segment of the population that it requires an insanely high percentage of target consumers to purchase the product, or else it won’t make enough money back to justify its existence.
Good points. I just find it annoying that it has been shown over and over that generally speaking the mass audience isn’t interested in heavy lgbt content. Look at how many times they try to force gay characters in comics that don’t sell.
it's worse, they don't realize the majority of straight men find gay men & gay sex to be a repugnant turn off.
Case in point, the recent shit stirring with Mobile suit Gundam witch from Mercury where the creators just said 'we leave interpretation up to the audience' after they removed from an interview with VAs the part saying the two main female leads were married.
Japan seems to be the only non White group that twitter is not only fine with attacking but whom they love to attack more than anyone else.
Twitter requiring an account to see anything was one of the best things to happen to me in recent times. I was spending way too much time lurking around on that time-sink.
Literally any context whatsoever? No? Ok then.
I'm assuming Twitter did a 180 on the Oppenheimer discourse and they're now attacking Japan because the majority are starting to actively reject woke-ism.
The shit levied against Japan by the State Department only increased after Musk was going to and took over Twitter (and of course after enough time since murdering Abe had passed; only waited about 10~11 months). Feds couldn't mess with the algos to socially engineer them or other foreign nations towards the far-left/neomarxist goals anymore, so they went the backdoor route to shove bills through the Diet. Although the grip is lessened on expat American teachers spreading bullshit through English programs, I'm not sure how much ground was gained for the groomers. as the bill that went through wasn't the one pushed by the State Dept/Media. However, the "sexual assault" law rewrites will definitely do more damage in the long run (no proof of threat and longer statutes of limitation).
At this point though even with the Twitter algos thrashed to bits, the amount of fuckery Musk has done to the site - still engaging in shadowbanning, outright banning many artists each week or so, turning it into a walled garden, and the entire brand change - is causing some artists to slowly leave anyway. Namely towards Misskey and Discord, and probably whatever else will crop up. What the political types are doing, I don't know. It'll be a trickle, but I think just like how a lot of JP artists shifted away from Pixiv towards Twitter back around 2017 or so, something similar will happen here.
My hope is the Japanese keep holding the line. We've already seen them shit on the "porikore" stuff that Crapcom, Squenix and other major game companies are foisting upon us. Those more political in my circles have taken note of the BLM riots and have been calling out the current pushes for mass migration... But we'll see what happens. We do know that most elected officials around the world don't listen to the citizenry anyway.
Wait did Twitter do a 180 on Japan?
Is the Oppenheimer discourse over and they're now complaining about the Japanese public starting to actively reject trans ideology?
