A brief web-search of DHS rightwing extremism March 2009 yielded a CBS article from April 2009, which contained a link to a pdf of the report mentioned.
None of this is current events, but I can't say that citizen opposition to the state being labeled as domestic terrorism is terribly surprising.

this was a major factor in my decision not to re-enlist in the airforce. I started seeing this stuff start showing up in our training under obama. they also had a big push about training for human trafficking around the same time, but that was kind of forgotten about and swept under the rug after saying it was the biggest issue because they were more concerned with politics.

So being a war vet or a hippie both make you domestic terrorists. Literally, anyone that isn’t “Follow the line we tell you.”
I noted under Single Issue they had Anti-Abortion but not Pro-Abortion
