I thought NYC had lost a ton of people? Shouldn't he be elated that the immigrant saviors are there to do all of the jobs of the city's lost workers?

All those Doctors and Engeneers are an asset to NYC and should all be sent there, then the place walled to allow this diversity to prosper free of offensive, bigoted White people.
