Baker was originally jailed for kidnapping and torturing her stepmother's brother, she was then convicted while behind bars of the attempted murder of another inmate when she was 21.

Are they leaving out the sexual part of his offense? It's always sexual with these subhumans.

Imagine just how fucking insane you have to be to cut your own scrotum off with a razor blade. This person needs to be hospitalized, and yet they've been released into society.

We really just need behavioral euthanasia, people like this really are no more than unsocialized animals.
