Will never happen. It's not like the actors can be "Well, then I go to Hollywood2 and work there!". Without Hollywood they are regular people with no skills. Sure their name will help them for a few years, but that will run out eventually.

And Hollywood can use non-union people, but they can't replace all the people that are gonna strike. It's MAD.
