I've seen news footage of (an ugly) female drill instructor doing a morning wake-up call of male cadets.

I believe this is about 'leadership' positions within the armed forces and training male servicemen to heed the commands of females in charge. Like Hillary Clinton as your commander in chief. projectile vomit gif
