I strongly suspect that there's a secondary reason regressive left has been trying to force this kind of stuff on the military. Force out as many sensible personnel from the military and fill it with the most woke, submissive, and left-loyal replacements so that the left can wield it in the event that they need to bring down the hammer on US citizens.

Given this possibility, I'd hope that quality soldiers can endure this bullshit long enough to delay the left's plans, but I don't know if enough could stomach to put up with it for much longer. And I wouldn't blame them.
