With a title of Blacula I'd expect it to be stupid, no movie named that should ever be taking itself seriously. That's not to say it couldn't be good, just that some concepts should never be done as anything other than what they are, in this case: parody.
At least the last time this happened we got gems like Blacula and Boss Nigger.
