The only reason it wouldn't be is recent immigrants. This is when zoomer white chicks and later generation immigrants are gonna have kids. I think. Maybe slightly earlier 30s. But not until their sexual value or whatever you call it starts to decline.
Gen z is under 30, and women don't have babies until 35 now. It is a concern. But I don't think zoomers are special.
If 35 is the average, the amount of babies with birth defects is going to be astronomical.
