It obviously is, but do you really think he doesn't also hate guns and gun-owners? "You can't fight the government without nukes and F-18's". He can make the joke because he thinks it'll never happen- that society will never crumble and thus he's untouchable.
But also: "A 9mm will "blow the lung out of a body"
One fully automatic AR-15 style round is so powerful it's capable of turning a toddler into a black hole, causing the earth to collapse into itself and obliterating all life as we know it in the universe. Did the founding fathers really intend civilians to have a weapon like that?
