Didn't it come out that the scumbag in question bit the dust at a hospital, several hours after being restrained?
Pronounced dead officially. But shooting victims can be pronounced dead hours later at the hospital too, doesn't mean the bullet didn't kill them, sometimes they just have to wait and see if resuscitation might save their life before they call it.
So that alone doesn't prove anything. You need to point out the other possible causes of death. Like, say, consuming a whole bunch of drugs that morning.
