That's probably close to true. The JRPGs they launched there were on other platforms for years. If Atomic Heart launched there (I'm not sure but it's only a few months old) then it's another exception. Male protagonist that looks like a man and I only really recall one woman in the game so far. She's the object of a couple objectives and cutscenes but I don't feel like she was even in it 10 minutes out of my 12 or so hours. Some argue it portrays communists positively, but being that they kinda lead to a post-apocalyptic world I'm not so sure about that.
