Long overdue but great that it's happening. A more slam dunk of a lawsuit would be harder to imagine.
I already have “inclusion competency” around gender. If the woman shows she is capable of going the job, I don’t hinder her on account of some claim that women can’t or shouldn’t do this job. That was easy!
