Does this mean we can get dubs without the political BS attached?
I'll laugh if these kinds of VAs are replaced by AI yet the Japanese ones like the VAs behind Ainz, Dio and Nagatoro aren't facing the same issues.
From what I have heard, a lot of Japanese companies have also been starting to do the translations for dubs themselves, to try and cut down on the BS (which is also what has caused a lot of the much better dubbing in recent shows). And if that doesnt work? You know damn well they will start hiring them on their own.
I looked, but I can not for the life of me find the source again. But I very distinctly remember hearing from somewhere that the Japanese side studio was heavily involved with the dub work for SpyXFamily, and other studios were showing interest (after one too many times of their work being fucked with).
