All the biggest assholes I've run into online were all autists. I've had autists on reddit who I beat in arguments stalk my profiles & user accounts for YEARS downvoting, spamming mod reports, and occasionally talking shit.

The internet makes autists far harder to detect (I only caught on to it because I started looking at people's post histories on Reddit & would see them posting in autism subs) so where IRL you can spot them quickly and get the fuck away from them - the proper reaction - online you just assume they're an asshole who won't let shit go until you get red pilled on the fact that a huge number of obnoxious internet anons are actually just autists.
