I googled "Big Mike Obama" for shits and giggles, and the first result that came up is the classic Ellen video that clearly shows his pecker flopping around in his pants. The best part is that they turned off the comments on the video for this exact reason, so it's not just people posting "Big Mike" in the comments section that caused this result to rise to the top. I'll admit that this is kind of a shitpost, but last time I posted about Michael people were asking about this video, so this is as good of a time as any to post this.
