Community Notes: "An assault weapons ban is only possible by Congress; it's in the Constitutions" <- can't find the 2nd Amendment that strictly prohibits government from infringing on RKBA (media.scored.co)

Ban assault presidents.

Ban assault congress.

Ban assault senate.

Those are the most dangerous weapons known to man.

Who would've thought that this feature would be used to spread blatant leftwing lies.

The courts do not overrule the Constitution. The Constitution doesn't even give the Supreme Court the power to interpret the Constitution. One of the biggest violations of the Constitution took place when they gave themselves that power (Marbury v Madison).

And to think - you're far more knowledgeable of the Constitution than the average citizen, but even you believe that the SCOTUS gets to interpret the Constitution.

This is why we're hopeless and I'm blackpilled.

What does that even mean? The Constitution doesn't give them the power, but they have it anyway. That's not going to change so we have to use the court not whine about it.

but even you believe that the SCOTUS gets to interpret the Constitution.

That's reaching a little. They didn't say whether it was right, just that it happened. And it gives precedent to further encroachment as future courts see fit.
