Forgive me if I'm wrong, I don't use twitter, but if you've hacked someone's account, can't you just delete it?

Why try to get it banned when Elon's in charge and it'd be easy for him to see it's hacked.

I'm almost certain they have backups of accounts in case of malicious deletion.
