It's weird because there's clearly some anime / game to troon pipelines at work here, but Japan doesn't have that particular problem. It's almost like the West is already an extremely sick society in general.

I don't think it's anime to troon pipeline, but social outcast to troon pipeline. It just happens that anime is a media enjoyed by social outcasts.
