It's the same thing with HIV/AIDS. When you break it down by race, Blacks make up 40-50% of all new cases and Hispanic also make up a slightly high disproportionate amount. Hell, Black women make up more than White and Hispanic women combined. And before anyone wants to mention drugs, know that intravenous drug use counts for a few thousand and that there are more infections of heterosexual Black women. Really puts all that "macho man" facade into a new light.
Guess the old saying is true: one you go black, you get AIDs.
HIV rates are higher in the black community due to faggotry not being tolerated as much in the black community therefore forcing more men to be on the "down low"
That said, race really does not matter for HIV/AIDS because to avoid getting/having HIV/AIDS you just have to not be a faggot.
