She has gone after people who harassed her with her lawyers. She usually just twats at them with her twit account over shit like this.

I'm sure a lawyer would send a letter. I don't think they would file a defamation suit over something that's clearly not. Because that also looks bad. Basically if they can deter something that serves their client. If they have to go through with something, that makes their client look bad.
