No one said it did? But a woman who has anal is a sodomite. She's still capable of having vaginal sex. Therefore, a sodomite can have sex.
Under that broad view of sodomy it not only includes anal but bestiality, necrophilia, etc. it once again requires the person to not only engage in sodomy but also sexual reproduction, which again makes the individual not exclusively a sodomite per your argument. This is again the same as saying a “gay” person could impregnate a female but would not in itself be a gay act or fit in the definition of what is considered a “gay” person.
