No one who gets an income does. Those people make their money from capital accumulation, not salaries.
But why educate when a janitor makes the same you do without studying years and without having a high student debt?

Because you don't want to be a janitor. Because income inequality is not zero. It's just that instead of earning 8 or 200 times more than a janitor, you will earn 'only' 4 times more because janitors get a wage they can live off of too.
Is it bad if people are able to take care of a family, send their kids to university (hah) and afford a home on a blue-collar salary? Is that a privilege that only people who go through university indoctrination should get?
These things are only absolutely true in multiracial and multicultural cesspools defined by sectarian strife and racial competition. In a homogeneous society, a government of your ethnic peers redistributing a good chunk of your earnings to your close genetic and cultural allies is at least tenable. In a multicultural society, a government of hostile foreigners redistributing your money to their own genetic and cultural allies, all of whom are targeting you and yours for replacement and possibly violence, is tantamount to theft and war.

I don't see a correlation on that list. Ireland is one of the richest European countries, and it also has very low income inequality.
