Now she's demanding more and more money, and he's trapped because his name isn't on the deed to the house and he has nowhere to go. The lesson here is that for all the crap about "love" and "trust" women peddle when they're trying to sink their claws into a dude, they avoid that shit like the plague when it's the other way around. The other lesson is never become dependent on a woman because you'll be nothing more than a puppet on a string. I wish prenups were worth a damn; they're the perfect thing to bypass a lot of modern bullshit. But, as you say, they can be voided for any reason whatsoever, up to and including 'well, she's getting less money than if the prenup didn't exist, so it's unfair.' What's the fucking point of a contract then?!
Not only that but things like child custody/support and alimony are off the table from the get go, so even if you win the lottery and are able to get the terms enforced you're still gonna get bent over the sink on those issues. Like you said a contract is worthless if it gets voided for achieving the result you seek to achieve to begin with.

You can filter out the ones that are dumb enough to make it obvious, but the risk is so extreme that playing the game is never a smart or even sane move. A long term girlfriend who doesn't cohabitate with you is the furthest you can go while maintaining a reasonable risk/reward ratio, and even then there are some risks. Not coincidently that's also the furthest you can go and still be considered MGTOW. A lot of MGTOW guys avoid dating altogether to further minimize risk, but no cohabitation, no marriage, and no kids are the only hard and fast rules.

You missed the other important parts. He is moving from a foreign country, so she can use that over him at any time as well. AND she is demanding he pay for all her living expenses. She wants to be taken care of and take advantage of him, using their relationship and his residency, and his kid's, as leverage.
