I go to the local sushi place: They're all Chinese. The Chinese are as racially different from the Japanese as West-European from Spaniard. And yuppies love going for sushi. Can't blame 'em, it's good and often all-you-can-eat. But if they have no problem with Chinese prepping the dishes, then clearly I can run a Juaritos.
That’s why they try to shut down any ethnic cuisine restaurant owned and operated by white people. Because if a white person can make you a badass burrito, then there’s no reason to mass import a replacement population in order to enjoy “their food”.
