If both the far right and the far left have an increased rate of tranny creation, doesn't that imply there is a different factor behind all of these abnormal mindsets? As in, whatever makes someone likely to be a nazi also makes them just as likely to be a tranny.

Yeah, the change in how they measure violence has become more sensitive thus it seems like violence is going up from their data when it likely isn't. It should be though.
