That sucks, because I liked the first one.
Same. They took the New 52 version and made it work.
But they had to go woke.
Everything woke turns to shit.
They copied Chronicle and loosely adapted/shoehorned the short New 52 version into it.
There are only so many plots.
Everything has been done.
Can you do what's common...uncommonly well?
The New 52 run had Black Adam as the villain, with that other guy but a lesser evil. It would have made sense to focus on Shazam versus Black Adam.
