This is the correct take, they didn't cheat as much in 2016 because frankly they thought they had it in the bag.

Everything since that moment has been damage control from the Uniparty, which tends to be majority Democrat.

It's funny because they cheated as bad or worse in a different way. There were mass assaults Trump supporters at Trump rallies and on voting day.
