Yes, a historical book.
Also, increasingly just mad.
The actor is also way too young. Even at the start of the story (when the narrator is young), Merlin is elderly and even his wife is "now old and toothless".
This is why they picked a black actor. "Christianity bad".
There's plenty of black Christians, but whatever.
Only because their mom forces them to go to church on sundays between all the drugs, murder, and violence of the rest of their weeks.
Merlin character swapped from an ancient wiseman who is trying to restore England to glory, to a coniving politician who's trying to loot the country and put his gods in place of their own...so they make him black..

The true Christian Galahad is exactly a good character.

Thanks. Honestly now I just read the book (which I need to buy now). I assume they will butcher it. Started when I heard Wheel of Time would be adapted. I went out and got the books.
