I'm not sure your conclusions follow from the tweet you have posted. Seems to me that Peterson is just agreeing with Musk, and they both worry about falling birth rates around the world.

He claimed that the Coronavirus was "created by women to kill men", and then claimed that the AstraZeneca vaccine was "created by women to kill men", then changed his mind and said that they wouldn't do that because that would only kill men "who trust them", then changed his mind again and promised me that the vaccine would have a 90% death rate.
