Oh you mean the Canadian Human Rights court?

Shit they probably had a hand in creating the new definition.

The Ontario Human Rights Commission came out and explicitly said in September 2021 when Trudeau was campaigning on travel bans and vax passes that they would outright reject any appeals re: COVID discrimination and wouldn't consider any claims for conscience objection.
