I don't support her in general, but I'm hoping this becomes a national conversation (media.communities.win)

Interesting idea but I don’t see it happening. Especially since blue state people love moving to red states

I also don't see it happening, but it's also never really discussed, so how can something that's never discussed ever be carried out?

As for your concern, if we can't purge the blues, then we'll make it so red they'll be hopping over the barbed-wire wall to leave. Prayers in school, make pornography illegal, abortions will be treated as murder, the 2nd Amendment will be restored (arms, not just firearms), etc.

This is the way. I’ve already read anecdotes from people who were butthurt about the laws protecting kids from trannies moving out of Texas. The red states need to ramp up stuff like that up to 11. Lefties will eventually leave like how conservatives have been leaving blue states for the past decade.

I get your logic.

I take it you won't be dropping the endless shilling for marriage

Are you speaking to me?

If so, cite your sources or stfu.

If such a national divorce happens I'm thinking it'd play out like when Pakistan and India had theirs.

It's a nice dream but I'm not sure I'd want it to happen, if for no other reason than we'd be bordering a nuclear power that thinks we're ontologically evil.

Especially since blue state people live moving to red states.

At least for Florida and Texas, most of those people are Republicans who finally got fed up with New York and California. This has been confirmed by research.

Florida man is less scary than Seattle politicians leading riots to each other's houses.

You have to remember, though, a California republican is not going to be as reliably traditionalist as even a West Virginia Democrat.

True. But a blue state Republican will nevertheless turn a purple state redder.

That's not necessarily so. I grew up in New York, and the rural parts of it are deep red. Conservatives there absolutely hate the Democrats because they actually had to live under Democrat policies. Contrast that with solid red Utah, which has become RINO central because Republicans never face any kind of meaningful opposition, allowing the establishment party to take full control.
