I think what I've learned from WW2 is you can kind of run a command economy as long as fervor is high.
But not too high, because then you have loyalty riots.
I try not to base all my knowledge on video games. Try.
It would be great if there were actual dials that showed how strongly people felt things. Over in the red? Run it's going to blow. Blue? No one cares.
