It's true in that an investigative reporter, Seymour Hersh, has reported that America was behind it- whether what Hersh reported is true is up in the air.
There also appears to be some kind of independent footage that partially verifies Hersch's reporting, posted in September by YouTuber Monkey Werx US (who tracks flight data, including military).
hersh is also a pulitzer prize winning investigative journalist, back from before pulitzer became a joke. he's broken many stories of international acclaim, and previously wrote for NYT, NYP, and other international tier media outlets.
i don't believe in reputations of papers, but i do believe in reputations of individuals. combine his reputation with the basic logic of the situation, and the literal video evidence that corroborates much of what he's talking about, and i'm inclined to say it's accurate.
also, it was already confirmed that the US killed the peace accords between ukraine and russia, because biden and the deep state want WWIII.
