The results can be rather impressive, but it does take a little bit of finesse and patience to get the hang of it. Not to mention a fair bit of hard drive space.

Sure thing. Oh, forgot to mention that you might also want to read up on the different kinds of samplers. Iirc, some sorts might be a little buggy, depending on the UI you're using, and what version it is.
They each have their quirks too. Euler a can be good, some of the DPM Karras stuff is also popular but also more time consuming and may fall under having some recent-ish bugs.
In essence what I'm looking to do is create a fake person completely from AI but then give them an identity like a real human by keeping the AI Generated person consistent but changing the settings, accessories, poses, etc... of the AI Human.
For what you're trying to do, I'd recommend image-to-image generation from a single 3d model. Get familiar enough with SFM to make your fake person, take screenshots, then have SD run through them with the right level of freedom to launder the 3d models into something more photorealistic.
That should keep the "individual" consistent. It won't be quick, and it won't be easy, but unless you're telling SD to steal the likeness of a famous person it already has reference art from in its model, it won't be able to keep images to a single "person".
Try a different model. Models are improving all the time, so grab something newer. Also use a model specially trained for realism. A mixed model produces less consistent results, which can be very unsettling in a realistic style.
Change up your prompt, include details about the features, that your chosen model tends to get lazy with. Even something as simple as "nice skin" can go a long way in making her less plastic looking.

I also think having children in a western country is the stupidest thing you can do. I usually recommend if men want children they find a woman in a poor country, impregnate her, send her money monthly and visit a few times a year while she raises your kid but never bring her back to a western country. I even say impregnate an asian chick or other non-white, if that'll make you happy. No point continuing the white race if white men can't even get their women under control. I'd rather white dudes be happy than not and having kids in a western country with a western woman is a recipe to be unhappy. Head over to thailand and fuck thai girls if that makes you happy. White women are trash. Or don't fuck women, if that makes you happy also. Any way I can profit off simps and accelerate the degeneracy in society, the better.
