The results can be rather impressive, but it does take a little bit of finesse and patience to get the hang of it. Not to mention a fair bit of hard drive space.
That said, while I don't harbor you or your motives with any negativity, this may not be the ideal or efficient location to find advice on such matters.

Sure thing. Oh, forgot to mention that you might also want to read up on the different kinds of samplers. Iirc, some sorts might be a little buggy, depending on the UI you're using, and what version it is.
They each have their quirks too. Euler a can be good, some of the DPM Karras stuff is also popular but also more time consuming and may fall under having some recent-ish bugs.
