Oh no! People may not completely trust the institutions that govern this "democratic" society, and that lack of trust might be exploited by autocrats! We demand that you trust our institutions or be labeled foreign subversives!
I'm gonna guess all of them

You can't really spot deepfakes in rigged simple setups like portraits on a white background. Computer algos are very good at making solutions to very specific problems.
Deepfakes aren't a threat until they can make video that even experts can't tell is fake, and even then, the main threat will be in manipulated audio, not video, such as taking a politician and having them say "nigger" when they didn't actually say it, or something like Trump's "grab em by the pussy" audio.
People have been producing photorealistic drawings indistinguishable from reality for a century, if not longer. On top of that, Photoshop has enabled placing anyone you want in any situation you want for decades. Even NPCs don't take still images as absolute truth any more. Haven't for generations. Deepfake technology just lets us do what we already could, but slightly faster. Not a threat.
Deepfake does stills pretty well, what it fails at is motion.
Why isn't there a show starring deep fakes?
