If it was America they'd be twerking because the diet coke taps at McDonalds had run dry.
I'm no infrastructure specialist, water processing engineer or even a plumber, but one thing I do know is this: twerking does not make the taps flow.
Maybe it's some kind of 21st century tribal raindance.
