From what I've seen, Asians (especially females) are fast tracked to management positions if they are so inclined. They are the HR cream dream - a two-birds-with-one-stone minority that can and will do work. Corporations will pay signing bonuses and give disproportionate raises to keep them around.
That is why asians are popular in general. They tick minority boxes but they also work hard. Most other minorities are happy to work the minimum required, if that. There is little incentive for them to work hard.
Can attest to that. The order is
Black woman
Asian woman
Brown woman
White woman
There tends to be more of (2) and (4) gunning for management, so they seem to be over represented.
Now do these tokens do their job? No. They are funny money in a world, where money is already funny.
No one is shocked about that. Asian women, not as dumb as white women and they benefit from affirmative action.
How is the graph between white men and asian men? I assume asian men are above white men again.
the graph uses asian women to invalidate the concepts of both male privilege and white privilege in 1 chart.
I agree, is just not surprising at all.
if only you knew how good Whites are

First, they'll harp on median vs average (muh huwhite m*le CEOs and totes destitute nail salon workers). Second, Asians will eventually be lumped in with whites to further highlight the probable earnings gap with Latinos and black.
There is little to suggest that they'll be satisfied when comparisons indicate "equality." There is more evidence of their desire for genocide.
“Yeah but where are the female asian BILLIONAIRES?!”
No surprise but somehow this is still an indication of white supremacy I’m sure
It's shocking how close I am to the median making (low) six figures, I guess CEOs and the McDonald's wagie really fuck up the whole thing with such extreme differences.
I guess I am closer to a wagie than I am a billionaire so I should probably change my perspective.
1,194 weekly x 52 = 62,088
If you're in the low 6 figures you're making at least double the median.
You also need to remember that America is a big place, and 99.999% of it is not the coastal urban core. You can make $40k a year in the midwest and have more quality of life than making $120k in San Francisco.
Are we talking gross or take home?
