When people bring up the season of The Wire where an average Baltimore school is put under a spotlight, people pretend they can't see how utterly different blacks are from not just White people but literally every other demographic group. White students, Asian students, even Mexican students don't exhibit such violence, even when you account for "poverty" (the left's favorite excuse).
You're intentionally crossing wires to make a racialist argument. Not only are there white schools that are like that, but there are also white kids in those 'black schools' who are exactly like that, because this is what happens when you socialize education, and socialize a society under racial grievance demands, and lessened expectations of cultural conduct.
