It's not Australia, but didn't I post a conclusion of a trial where 6 accusations were dismissed about a day ago? Those women are still walking among human beings.
False reports are always legal and women's groups spend unbelievable amounts on ensuring that. It's only if they are so obviously false that she gets caught and that the victim is willing to sue, that you might see a false accuser get hit. For example, the "grooming gang" liar in the UK who wounded herself and accused a Muslim man who never left the country of pimping her out in the Netherlands.
Edit : I wrote that reply out of reflex.
I doubt 4chan would get caught, they'd use VPNs, not be in Australia themselves. I can't imagine they'd be extradited for it.

A dismissed accusation is not the same thing as a false accusation, merely one that cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Those women are still walking among human beings.
For all your cringeworthy yelping about how women don't consider you to be human, you do make a habit of claiming that women are not human beings.
False reports are always legal
You must have forgotten that you yourself posted the conviction of a woman who faked being a grooming gang victim (which you used to defend your Islamic rapists as you always do).

It was the public prosecutor who brought this case you mention, it was not a private case. The victim did not 'sue'.
See, if I were them I'd make a mass amount of rape reports involving a certain benign location which'd then force the police to shut it down. One could theoretically close every leftist business in australia because of this new tech.
How long before 4chan or something like it bombards them with "I was raped by prominent feminist activist"

It will probably be bombarded and shut down within a week. With weak threats that they're going track down the fake reporters and prosecute them.
I doubt that false reports will be legal even in cases of anonymous reports.
