The good thing is, she's less than 3 years from meeting the shallow grave of her dreams.
"Empathy" just means you can identify other people's emotion. It doesn't say anything about what you do with that information. Women have plenty of empathy; it is sympathy that they generally lack.
They lack empathy too, on the whole. Most women don't have any comprehension of why they do anything themselves, let alone the motivations of others.

and to play devil's advocate, I'm actually fine if she fucks over people AT the strip joint. Those idiots have it coming. But keep it at work.
