I laugh about that as I find it hilarious, but it's them dreaming about killing you and everyone you know in all these James Bond villain ways (one common cope threat that was used many times of their state TV is a Poseidon drone flooding Europe with radioactive tsunami).
That just sounds like them hating America because it's their geopolitical rival right now. It doesn't seem to be driven by an existential level grievance with white Americans.
