Fictional characters don't have to be representative of the average person from the country of their artist. And it's not like Japanese women are incapable of ending up with huge tracts of land anyway.
Yeah they are. The only Japanese chicks with big boobs are fake
Right, but the artist must appease your ideals. Even if those ideals can be summed up as "I like big tits"?
The original is an iconically well endowed video game woman. The original design should still be respected, even if they're forced to make some adjustments for the new art style. And the love of massive melons isn't an ideal. It's a refined taste.
So true! Now with that in mind, compare the first image from 1997 to the end image on the right showing 2022. And detail me all the ways it does not respect it's iconic attributes and appearance. Give me a list! And make it a big one! I want to know all the ways they've tarnished her great image! (And for the love of God, don't just copy paste the word "tits" 20 times)
First image lacks the sports bra in the fourth, which is also lacking in the third. Character never used to wear one and she hardly looks like she would need one here anyway.
tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits (that's 21 times, and I typed them.)
She's noticably smaller than even the second image, at least from the angle we're given. I don't expect teenage Tifa to have titanic tits (22), but she shouldn't be nearly flat either.
Why do you hate tits? Stop shaming male sexuality.
I love tits. What I don't like is forced discourse and low effort threads meant to drive traffic for the purposes of engagement. Especially those meant to homogenize the conversation into such basic concepts and narratives as "Big tits good, small tits bad!"
Questions! Do you actually think that me pondering the actual size difference of a poorly rendered in game art asset is me somehow "shaming male sexuality? Or are you offended that I used the words "big tits" Are those your words? Am I not allowed to use them? Is it dirty when I use them. Did I ruin this for you?
Strawman and special pleading. The complaint is that women are being made uglier in games. Which they are. Its being done to make games appeal more to people who don't actually play them (i.e. games journalists).
