I think you're about 2 years behind the latest Clown World science. Now someone who identifies as a woman is and always was literally a woman in all ways that count. Cambridge Dictionary even changed the definition of female.

I guess so, I’m just going off of what I learned in college health course 2 or 3 years ago. I guess the “science” keep changing.

I didn’t know things were so bad now.
