Since gender and sex are now different apparently. It seems to be the status quo that gender can be changed but sex is biological. Gender is a social construct so it can be changed but not sex.

I think you're about 2 years behind the latest Clown World science. Now someone who identifies as a woman is and always was literally a woman in all ways that count. Cambridge Dictionary even changed the definition of female.

That's why they rage about being "assigned" X at birth, even though by all accounts they shouldn't take any offense at being labeled as a boy or girl based purely on the physical characteristics, or why we now have "body types" at character creation instead "sex/gender."
The other thing is that if gender/sex/whatever had nothing to do with physical characteristics there would be no need for troomer pills or chop chop surgeries.
