Half naked men is a phrase that always needs explanation.
A man is naked or not. There’s only one naked area.
Only one ball showing. Very tasteful.
If it was a pool party you would not describe the men as half naked. Or a bodybuilding meet up.
If I don’t see penis/butt, the men aren’t naked.
What should be described is whether the men were dressed sexually or there was any reason at all to be shirtless.
A costume party, of any kind, would likely have a lot of shirtless men.
A man has a penis and butthole and that’s the naked parts of a man.
