Good. The idea of Microsoft (or any other massive corporate entity) buying up devs and publishers en masse is terrible for the industry.
The odd development studio is one thing, but MS really seems to be pushing too hard. I can imagine they'll be looking at EA and Ubisoft in the next ten years if this goes ahead.
It's easy to take the piss out of Sony over their reaction to this buyout, but their concerns are pretty reasonable. In order for a healthy and thriving market, there needs to be competition.
