It keeps popping up in places I read, is it astroturfed crap/distraction or is there something about it?

The original photoshoot story was for real. A ton of the posts after that is astroturfed crap. Makes me wonder if the pedos are diluting the narrative on purpose to make people dismiss it ALL as crazy conspiracy theories.
