Transgenderism is just a sign of a society progressing deeper in postmodernism. This was all very predictable, considering that Ayn Rand thoroughly dismantled that philosophy back in 1967 with her book "An Introduction to Objectivist Epistemology".
The closest thing to evidence I've seen them present was some "study" where they did a bunch of brain scans and determined that trannies have brains that are "more reminiscent of" the gender they transitioned to. It's obvious p-hacking pseudoscience, but it's basically a holy text of the cult of transgender.
The funny thing is, if taken as truth, it's also proof that men and women do in fact have different brains and thus different mental faculties. So either the study is bunk and trannies are mentally ill, or the study is legitimate and men and women aren't equal. Making them pick one is always loads of fun.
